When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build software around your process: designed, built, hosted and improved for a fixed monthly price.
Most SMEs run on a patchwork: one tool for quotes, another for planning, a shared drive full of spreadsheets, and a person who knows how it all connects. Every workaround costs minutes, every handover loses information, and the software vendors do not care, because your business is not their roadmap.
Custom software flips that. The screens match the way your team already works, the fields are your fields, and the process in the software is your process. Nobody needs a training day to understand a tool that mirrors their own job.
Much of our work ships as modules on BonusFlow, our own platform, which means you start from working building blocks (users, permissions, inbox, billing) instead of paying us to reinvent them. When a stand-alone application fits better, we build stand-alone.
Custom software usually comes with a catch: the agency that built it owns your roadmap, your data sits who knows where, and every small change starts with a quote. We work the other way round. Your data is yours and exports at any time, it lives on EU servers under EU rules, the price is fixed and monthly, and changes are part of the service rather than a negotiation. You stay in control of the tool your business runs on.
Two models, both without surprises. A solution subscription from EUR 499 per month covers design, build, EU hosting, support and ongoing improvements, with no big upfront investment. A one-off build from EUR 2,500 gives you a fixed scope at a fixed price, with hosting and care from EUR 39 per month after. All prices exclude VAT.
A first working version is typically live in two to six weeks, depending on scope. We ship early and improve in the open, so you steer with real screens instead of documents.
Your data is always yours and exports at any time. On a subscription we run the software for you; on a one-off build the delivered work is yours, with an optional care plan.
That is the point of the subscription model: changes and new features are part of the monthly price, not a renegotiation. Software that cannot change with the business is dead software.
If a spreadsheet and a standard tool do the job, we will say so, and we often start people on BonusFlow from EUR 69 per month. Custom makes sense when the workarounds start costing real hours every week.
