Postcode pricing, competitor intelligence, regional webshops, order flow and fleet costs: the full digital operation of a container company, built and proven in the Dutch market.
Container rental is a regional price war. The customer compares three websites, the price that wins in one postcode loses money in the next, and since July 2026 the vrachtwagenheffing adds a per-kilometre charge that most price lists still ignore. Meanwhile orders arrive through webshops, phone and mail, pickups have to be planned, and hundreds of containers sit on customer sites with nobody quite sure where.
We know this market from the inside, because we built the full digital operation for a Dutch container rental group. This page describes what that system does. Every part of it is available to one container company per region.
The same system tracks competitor prices per region, so you see per postcode where you are expensive, cheap, or alone in the market, before you adjust a single price. This market intelligence runs as a managed service at EUR 699 per month per region, and we take one client per region, so your market data stays your advantage. First come, first served.
Regional domains win local searches: a dedicated site for one island or city ranks where a national brand does not. We build those regional webshops on a shared engine, all selling from the same price book and all feeding orders and pickup requests into the same back office. A price change made once is live on every site. In production this runs across multiple storefronts for one group today.
Toll statements tell you what you paid but not where; telematics knows where but not what it cost. We join the two, so toll charges attach to actual trips and the cost of serving a postcode stops being a guess. The same tracking covers the containers themselves: in production, over 400 individually tracked assets, so "where is container P0612" has an answer.
Custom software usually comes with a catch: the agency that built it owns your roadmap, your data sits who knows where, and every small change starts with a quote. We work the other way round. Your data is yours and exports at any time, it lives on EU servers under EU rules, the price is fixed and monthly, and changes are part of the service rather than a negotiation. You stay in control of the tool your business runs on.
Everything on this page runs in production today at a Dutch container rental group: the price book, the toll suggestions, the multi-site sync, the checkout breakdown, the order flow and the fleet join. A demo takes 20 minutes and shows the real system, not slides.
Usually not. If it runs on WooCommerce, our connector plugs into it and drives the prices from the price book; the checkout keeps working exactly as it does now. A site that fights us gets an honest rebuild quote instead.
Continuously refreshed, so a competitor's price change shows before your next quote. You choose the rhythm per region, and the data feeds the same screen where you set your own prices.
The pricing intelligence service is EUR 699 per month per region. The operational platform and custom work run as a solution subscription from EUR 499 per month or as a one-off build from EUR 2,500. A 20 minute call gives you a real number for your situation.
Because the market data and the postcode pricing are a competitive weapon, and a weapon shared with your competitor is not one. If your region is taken, we say so on the first call.
